Below are some examples of our recent projects by Parkequip.  We work in varying environments such as schools, council parks, shopping centres, child care centres and much more.  With over 20 years experience, we are proud of our workmanship and the final product we deliver for our clients.

School Projects
Spring Farm Public School
Spring Farm Public School consisted of 5 separate play areas. These covered a mini Fitcore Extreme circuit with CSBR Rubber Pads and an outdoor Rhapsody Music area with Synthetic Grass. A Sensory play Panel zone was also included, and then a general play area. This consisted of a Cozy Dome, Block Climber and Fly Wheel with CSBR Rubber.
Evans High School
This high school located in Blacktown needed shade, shade, shade! We provided for them a bus shelter, a smaller picnic shelter with a concrete slab and a huge double Hip Roof Shade Structure. Now they have plenty of places to shelter from the sun!
Tregear Public School
Two areas were covered at Tregear Public School. First was a fitness circuit consisting of their pick of the Fitcore Extreme range that suited their school. Along with a Hemisphere Climber and Drop Shot Towers. An additional area featured the Playsense 301. All were finished off with CSBR Pre Colour Rubber Surfacing.
Bishop Tyrrell Anglican College
An unused hill side was transformed into an outdoor fitness circuit using the Fitcore Extreme range. This was finished off with a plush 30mm thick Summer Prestige Synthetic Grass Surfacing. Installing along a concrete pathway added to the challenge of the circuit. Once complete, the kids then run back up the hill to start the circuit over again.
Jasper Road Public School
The special needs unit of this school needed a huge transformation to replace its outdated equipment. With the use of a bright EPDM surface, a bike track was created. This leads the children on a path of discovery to lots of inclusive and sensory based equipment.
Redhead Public School
An old dilapidated playground removed to make way for a Playsense 301 and Cozy Dome. The pre configured Playsense range was ideal for the school’s project. It fitted in the existing space they had and providing lots of climbers and sliding activities.
Kings Langley Public School
Kings Langley wanted to add some feature items to an existing bark area, that provided some challenging climbing activities. A Cozy Dome, GeoPlex Climber and Peg Bridge were added to the play space.
Quakers Hill Public School
Quakers Hill Public School had an unused wall area in their main school yard that was transformed into a sensory play wall. With the introduction of some bright, colourful Playshaper Panels, this unused space now serves a purpose.
Sadleir Public School
Two blank boring walls in the special needs unit of this school needed a splash of colour! This was achieved with a series of Playshaper Sensory panels. This not only provide some much needed colour, but provide some very important sensory pieces to the yard.
Council Projects
Central Coast Council - Bronzewing Park, Erina
Tucked away in a little bush setting, a child's imagination is sparked as they climb the ladder and look above at the tree house roof, look down on the mushrooms in the field below and inquisitivley explore the butterflies floating around them. A treehouse is a wondrous place for a child to dream.
Liverpool City Council - Miller Park
Located in Miller in Sydney's South West, Miller Park combines a range of equipment to suit all ages.  From the Smartplay Venti which is packed with 20 challenging climbers for the older children to the Smartplay Cube. The Smartplay Cube targets the 2-5 year olds with intricate panels to test their fine motor skills. 
Lane Cove Council - Mindarie Park
Lane Cove Council envisaged a fully inclusive play space to welcome children of all abilities. Mindarie features a Playbooster play unit with multiple access ramps leading the user to large platforms at various heights incorporating sensory panels and climbers along the way. Featuring a Sway Fun Glider, GFRC rocks and custom log slide along with multiple accessible swing options. Finishing off with a bright TPV rubber design.
Fairfield City Council - Fairfield Showground
Recent Project at Fairfield Showgrounds – A large shelter was required for their outdoor BBQ space and this attractive custom shelter with colorbond feature slats certainly created an attractive finish.
Central Coast Council - Drummer Parry Park, Terrigal
Nestled away in the picturesque backstreets of Terrigal, this pocket park features a Playbooster unit with some of our Natural Elements features. This included the timber look cubby roof, wiggle ladder and a digifuse butterfly periscope panel for inquisitive little minds. The park also features the GFRC Log Balance Beam and Mushroom steppers as well as some beautifully hand carved timber totems.
Central Coast Council - Umina Beach
A challenging AdventureScapes rock with outrigger nets become the main play feature in this pocket park of Umina Beach. The GFRC product range also included Mushroom Steppers, Log Bench and The Stepper mini rock climber. Finished off with a Single Post Swing Set, concrete edging and mulch.
Blacktown City Council - George Alder Reserve
A Playbooster unit with some height! Featuring the Double Swoosh Slide and Portal Climber, kids are definitely challenged! Not forgetting the 2 feature rocks from the Canyon Range, that add some unique climbing experiences for kids of all ages. Beautifully presented with concrete pathways, bark mulch and sandstone blocks for parents to chill and watch the kids play and explore.
Broken Hill Council - Picton Oval
Fitness stations spread out around the oval to create a fitness circuit was achieved using the Healthbeat range. Selecting the features that suited them best, council have provided an added challenge for the locals on their walks to incorporate set exercise activities along the way. Finished off with concrete edging and CSBR Pre Colour Rubber Surfacing.
Child Care Centres
Kindi Kids Child Care - North Ryde
An inviting play space for pre schoolers and toddlers is an important aspect for any child care centre. This beautiful outdoor area was created with the use of a Playshaper Treehouse unit, feature GFRC products and bright TPV rubber combined with Summer Prestige Synthetic Grass.
North Rocks Child Care Centre
2 shade structures were installed, a Hip Roof Shade Structure over an existing sandpit and a Hypar Sail Shade over the open play area.
Unity Juniors Pre School - Austral
A combination of a Playshaper unit specifically designed for the littlest of users, shade structure, CSBR Rubber Surfacing and a Rubber Bike Track transformed this blank canvas to a fun play area.
Werrianda CCC - Werrington Downs
Despite their sandpit having beautiful trees surrounding it, shade over the area needed to be enhanced. The installation of a Hypar Sail Shade structure provided the additional shade required, but the sail option gave a soft finish that complemented the area.
Gumbirra Pre School - St Clair
Gumbirra Pre School – A small play space required shade however, posts from a standard type of structure would have created too many obstructions in the area. A custom fixed corner arm umbrella was installed to provide the shade needed but the added benefit of a single post structure meant no unnecessary posts intruded the area.
Shopping Centres
Greenway Plaza - Wetherill Park
Greenway Plaza is a bustling local centre filled with lots of food outlets, fashion stores and gyms. Many patrons spend hours and an outdoor play area was desperately needed but space was limited. Our Alpha Tower was the impact feature that fit that the bill perfectly! It’s 6m height can be seen from throughout the centre and it’s compact size packed with lots of activities has become an extremely popular area for parents to chill out with a coffee while the kids enjoy the area. Complimented with some Playshaper Sensory Wall Panels, a funky custom Shade Structure and CSBR Rubber surfacing.
Stanhope Village - Stanhope Gardens
An inviting toddler play area is a big plus for a shopping centre and our toddler Nook unit was a perfect fit for this project. Along with custom Lady Beetle & Leaf sculptures, TPV Rubber Surfacing and Synthetic Grass, custom picket fencing and Sensory Playshaper Panels inserted, mums and dads have the perfect setting to enjoy a coffee while the kids play.
Moranbah Fair - Moranbah QLD
A bright new play addition was made to Moranbah Fair shopping centre with an eye-catching Weevos unit, customised picket fencing and TPV rubber wetpour surfacing.
